Industrial Temps service guarantee:
We understand that dealing with
people as a service resource is very difficult, therefore ICE
Personnel offers a service guarantee to any client that utilizes
our services.
Please note that we do not guarantee candidates, the actions,
ability and potential of a candidate is intangible, we simply do not
know how well an individual may perform in a role until they are
actually performing.
Should a situation arise where you aren’t satisfied with a temporary
candidate that has been placed with you, please inform us within 4
hours of receiving the candidate. You will be supplied a replacement
candidate (no charge for 4 hours). As professionals we endeavour to
ensure that only the best quality candidates, that matching your
requirements, are sent to you.
Fee Structure (Industrial and
Commercial temps):

Rates are negotiated between the
client and assigned representatives of ICE Personnel, for each
assignment based on the skill level and experience required by a
candidate/s.

Unless otherwise specified,
payroll, general administration, ACC related issues and Holiday
Pay is the responsibility of ICE.

For the duration a candidate is
on assignment with a client, a weekly invoice will be forwarded
to the client. (on a 7 day payment basis).
