Welcome to ICE Personnel

Established in 2003, ICE Personnel, specialising in Industrial / Commercial / Engineering operates out of East Tamaki, South Auckland. Research was undertaken to gauge the feasibility of establishing an Industrial / Commercial / Engineering office prior to commencement and the general feedback from prospective clients suggested a very average service delivery by a large number of current suppliers. As a result the division was established to provide a level of service to New Zealand clients that exceeds client expectations.

Our key area of differentiation is the quality of service that we provide to existing and potential clients. ‘Our service is guaranteed’. (We provide free replacement of a candidate if you are not completely satisfied and /or doesn’t meet your expectations). This counts for Permanent and Temporarily staff (conditions apply).

ICE Personnel utilises a range of methods to attract, retain and supply the highest quality of temps to you, our valued customer.

Our objective is to supply you with quality Permanent and Temporarily staff using our people and performance management skills in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

It is our goal to work with an exclusive range of clients by providing an outstanding service rather than servicing the whole market and providing an average service.


How we work:

Needs Analysis
 
An assessment of the job tasks and job environment is undertaken, to ensure we fully understand the requirement.
 
Database Search
We search for exact requirement match from our database containing our list of candidates.
 
External Search 
If candidates with the correct matches are not found, external avenues are used to locate candidates, including Media tools such as Internet, national and local paper Advertising, inter branch and general networking.
 
Candidate contact
Profiling/assessment 

Initial contact / phone screen (specific questions are asked) 

  • Interviews arranged

  • Skills assessment and behavioural questions 

  • Health and Safety briefing
     

Reference Checking 
We make every effort where possible to perform 2 reference checks on each candidate, 1 before and 1 after the interview with the customer.
